退款政策

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not do returns for any flower deliveries. As they are all made fresh and agreed upon when we have done the selection.

Only in the case where the product received is damaged and not as per sold, a return can be initiated and granted on a case by case basis.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.


Non-returnable items:

- Live Products (Plants, Flowers etc.)
We are unable to provide any refunds for Live and Fresh Products such as Flower Arrangements. Please reach out to us immediately should there be something wrong with your blooms @ +65 94550145 (Whatsapp), and our Gift Concierge will be happy to assist 

- Preserved Flower Domes and Arrangements
Kindly reach out to us as soon as the arrangement has been delivered should there be any issues with it. All our arrangements goes through our QC to ensure it meets out standard before delivered to our customers. Thus if there are any issues with it, please reach out to us on the day of receiving it to ensure timely actions.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

 

Damages:

If there are quality issues (breakage, cracks etc.) with your gift, kindly reach out to us @ +65 94550145 upon receipt of gifts/items on the day of delivery, our friendly Gift Concierge will be happy to assist you. As our gifts are time sensitive and fragile products, kindly reach out to us as soon if you are unsatisfied.

 

- Damaged on receipt

We ensure all gifts that gets out of our store pretty! However, for unforeseen circumstance where your gifts have arrived your location in a damaged condition, kindly reach out to immediately upon receipt via our Gift Concierge or Whatsapp @ +65 94550145 and we will look into it and make it right.


- Dissatisfaction (Except Fresh Flowers)

As we deal with natural products, it is bound to have a slight variations in each arrangements. In the case where the product that is not due to damages or liability of ours, it may be returned with a delivery charge at $20. Please ensure that the gifts are returned in its original packaging and intact, within the same day receiving them, once we have received the items and passed through our QC, we will process on your refund, where the transaction amount will be credited to your account to be used on your next purchase with us. 

We reserve the rights to reject return and refunds for return and refund initiated not reported in a timely manner (within the same day)


Return Process:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please out to us via Whatsapp +65 94550145 to arrange. Please do not send your purchase back to us without reaching out to us prior


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 1 day after delivery (Flower Arrangements)



Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your case is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically via store credits or promo code for purchase within our store, within a 5 business days.

We do not provide cancellation, and cash refunds of any kind for all orders. Any refunds made would be given via our store credits/promo codes that would be used to offset on your next purchase with us. 


Late or missing refunds to payment method(if applicable)
For orders that have been refunded to its original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-10 business days).
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email @ support@anahanaflower.com and send your item to: Ana Hana Flower, 61 Ubi Road 1 #04-19, Singapore 408727. 


Gifts
We would process all store credits refund towards the gift giver (billing details). We will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
