ordered a LED dome preserved flower set from them for Valentines. There was a mistake and they could not get the colour that I wanted initially but were prompt in alerting me to it and providing alternate arrangements. Also turns out that I ordered the wrong product but the staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing me with what I wanted to get in the end at no extra cost. Excellent service and professionalism at its finest

Very fresh and well curated bouquet which was delivered on time despite being Vday. Only feedback for improvement is not to put the flowers on the side as some of the water spilled out and caused a mess. Will order again!
