Zamia is a genus of cycad of the family Zamiaceae, native to North America. It thrives in moderate to bright indirect light. The plant has a slow growth habit and does well in good potting soil as long as the container has excellent drainage.
The ZZ plant has plump leaves that look luscious and dewy in light, which makes for an attractive sight when placed on desks. With the charcoal black grow pot, this plant is a must-have for people who want to go down the path of having an indoor jungle.
