More than just flowers - Ana Hana is a premium gifting company that aims to create the perfect gifting experience. From 1st May - 10th May, we are only fulfilling arrangements from our Mother's Day Collection. We reserve the right to cancel any other arrangements that are not from this collection.

We currently only offer specific delivery date timing on deliveries in Singapore. International orders will be shipped out within a day, and fulfilled accordance shipping times (estimates available at checkout)

We provide full tracking of your purchases made with us, upon placing on your order, you will receive an order confirmation providing you full details of your order, delivery date etc.

You would also be notified along the way when your order is shipped.

We provide Estimated Delivery Dates on all products available on our store for the convenience to give our shoppers full information on when gifts can be delivered. The estimated delivery date serves only as an estimate, and not served as a committed delivery date range. As we deal with flower arrangements & gifts of different delivery date, and we would only allow one delivery location per order, we would only display the earliest available delivery date that we could deliver all purchases in your cart. Thus our estimated delivery date shown on the product page would provide clear indication on that.
